Time Palette is shareware. This means that you are permitted to try it out for 10 days, after which you may throw it away or register it by sending in the registration fee. You are permitted to install the program on as many computers as you want as long as it is not used in more than one place at the same time. If you need to use it on more than one computer at the same time, please register as many copies as you will be using simultaneously.
The disk you receive upon registration contains both English and Kanji versions of the program. You are permitted to use both of these as long as they are not used in more than one place at the same time. If you wish to use both simultaneously, please register two copies.
Upgrade Policy:
Upon registration you will receive the latest version free of charge (unless of course you already have the most current release). You will also receive the next update for free. After that, you will be notified of new versions for which I ask that you pay the shipping charges.
Please choose one of the registration methods below and send your payment to the address listed on the registration form at the end of this document.
Domestic Registration (Within the United States):
To register the program within the United States, please send USD $25 (Cash or Check written in US Dollars) to the address listed on the registration form at the end of this document.
International Registration (Outside the United States):
I realize that it can be rather complicated and expensive to obtain checks written in US Dollars at foreign banks. For this reason, I give you three options.
1) You may send me a check, which must be written in US Dollars. (Checks written in other than US Dollars are extremely difficult to deal with here.)
2) You may send me the cash equivalent of USD $25 in your local currency. (If you wish, you may round the amount to the nearest whole unit so that no coins are needed, but if you'd like to send coins, that's fine with me too... if you can figure out an easy way to send coins.)
3) You may obtain USD $25 in cash at your local bank and send me US currency.
I am aware of the risks of sending cash through the mail, and if you choose that option, you do so at your own risk. However, I have received many payments using this method from other users and it seems to have worked out fine. If you do decide to send cash, I would prefer that it be in your local currency rather than in US Dollars.
